The Seven-Pillar Manifesto

A comprehensive, evidence-based policy framework for a just, prosperous and inclusive Kenya.

"
Fellow Kenyans, Friends, and Patriots — today marks the birth of a new hope, a new movement that believes in the promise of our nation and the potential of our people. New Face Party of Kenya stands before you as a vision for renewal, unity, and transformation — a party that speaks not to the privileged few, but to every Kenyan who dreams of a fairer, more prosperous, and more dignified life. We say, enough is enough. Let us rise together — beyond tribe, beyond fear, beyond despair — and give Kenya a New Face that reflects our true potential.

Our Policy Blueprint

Each pillar represents a critical area of national life where FACE is committed to delivering transformative change for every Kenyan.

Pillar 01

National Cohesion & Devolution

— Unity is Kenya's greatest strength.

Kenyan community gathered together

Fostering a shared Kenyan identity while celebrating diversity. Strengthening devolution so that every county has the resources and autonomy to serve its people effectively.

  • Invest in national dialogue, inter-ethnic programmes and community cohesion initiatives.
  • Strengthen devolution — increase county revenue allocation to at least 35% of national budget.
  • Establish a National Cohesion Commission with real powers and resources.
  • Promote Kenyan culture, arts, heritage and national identity in education and public life.
  • Support marginalised regions with targeted development programmes.
  • Ensure equitable distribution of national resources and infrastructure.
Pillar 02

Democratic Governance & Integrity

— Democracy must deliver for the people.

Citizens engaged in civic participation

Deepening democracy through free and fair elections, protecting civil liberties, and ensuring government institutions work for the people — not political interests.

  • Protect the independence of IEBC, judiciary, and anti-corruption bodies.
  • Strengthen freedom of information, press freedom, and whistleblower protections.
  • Expand civic education and voter participation programmes nationwide.
  • Reform campaign finance laws to reduce the role of money in politics.
  • Ensure regular, credible, and peaceful elections at all levels.
  • Promote direct citizen participation in governance through public forums and digital tools.
Pillar 03

Ethical Leadership & Accountability

— Leadership is service; integrity is non-negotiable.

Rooting leadership in humility, transparency and accountability. Public office is a platform for serving the people — not personal gain.

  • Enforce strict codes of conduct for all public officials with meaningful penalties.
  • Institutionalise mechanisms to detect, prevent and punish corruption at every level.
  • Ensure appointments and promotions are based on competence and integrity — not patronage.
  • Establish citizen channels to monitor government performance in real time.
  • Mandate open budgeting, procurement and decision-making processes.
  • Develop programmes to cultivate ethical, servant-oriented leadership from youth age.
Pillar 04

Social & Economic Justice

— Fairness and opportunity for all.

Ensuring every citizen has equal access to opportunities, essential services and resources regardless of background, county, or social standing.

  • Ensure all Kenyans access quality education, healthcare, housing and social protection.
  • Implement progressive policies that close the rich-poor gap and lift millions from poverty.
  • Promote programmes that uplift women, youth and persons with disabilities.
  • Protect workers' rights, fair wages and safe working conditions for all Kenyans.
  • Ensure public resources are allocated transparently and equitably across all counties.
  • Expand social safety nets that protect the most vulnerable from poverty and crisis.
Pillar 05

Jobs, Enterprise & Wealth Creation

— Economic empowerment is national strength.

Black professionals working together

Creating a dynamic, self-reliant economy that generates good jobs, promotes entrepreneurship, and fosters innovation across all sectors.

  • Establish programmes empowering youth and women to start and scale businesses.
  • Support industrialisation, agriculture, manufacturing and the digital economy.
  • Provide affordable credit, microloans and financial services for SMEs nationwide.
  • Support research, innovation hubs and technology adoption in all sectors.
  • Collaborate with the private sector to generate employment and build infrastructure.
  • Promote local industries, value addition and domestic production to reduce imports.
Pillar 06

Dignity & Inclusion for the Marginalised

— No Kenyan left behind.

Creating an inclusive society where historically excluded and vulnerable groups enjoy full dignity, rights and opportunities in every area of life.

  • Safeguard rights of women, youth, persons with disabilities, minorities and marginalised communities.
  • Ensure access to education, healthcare, housing and social protection for all without exception.
  • Implement affirmative action to enhance opportunities and political representation.
  • Promote participatory governance — give marginalised communities a seat at decision-making tables.
  • Strengthen anti-discrimination laws and social programmes with adequate funding.
  • Encourage inclusion of marginalised groups in leadership at every level of government.
Pillar 07

Regional Cooperation & Global Integration

— Kenya's prosperity is linked to the world.

Positioning Kenya as globally competitive, regionally respected and internationally connected — a beacon of stability, innovation and progress in Africa.

  • Deepen engagement with the East African Community (EAC) and African Union (AU).
  • Encourage cross-border trade, foreign direct investment and export industries.
  • Partner with global institutions for technology transfer and best practices.
  • Collaborate internationally on environmental challenges and green growth.
  • Support cultural and educational exchange programmes that raise Kenya's global profile.
  • Build policies positioning Kenya as a hub for innovation and trade in Africa.
